For the dough
juice and zest of half a lemon
½ tablespoon of baking powder
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of rhum
3 tablespoons of icing sugar

Wash the apples, peel and cut into 4 pieces. Remove seeds then you do on each piece of apple some parallel cuts (but left whole the opposite side of the piece of apple).
