Sanguinaccio

Ingredients for 6 people:

Sugar 500g

cocoa 200g

1 liter of milk

corn starch 80 g

dark chocolate 200g

butter (or margarine) 100 gr

1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

PREPARATION

In a saucepan, pour the cocoa, sugar and starch; gradually add milk, stirring constantly then, place the saucepan on a low heat and, stirring constantly, add the butter and dark chocolate.

Keep stirring until begin boiling, then add cinnamon and vanilla, mix well and remove from the heat.

Serve accompaning with Chiacchiere, Ladyfingers or more cookies or pancakes to taste.
