Vegan Apple sauce

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 apple

1 tablespoon of margarine vegan

½ teaspoon of cinnamon

½ teaspoon of ground ginger

1 tablespoon of granulated sugar

1 teaspoon of brown sugar

PREPARATION:

 

Cut the apple into cubes, put in a pan with margarine and cook 3-5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until cooked apple that must be well soft enough to be pulped. Place in a blender and blend until you have a creamy mixture. Allow to cool.
