flour 150 gr
a packet of vanilla sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
50g chopped walnuts
peaches in syrup 500g
grated rind of ½ lemon
a pinch of salt
margarine (to grease)
powdered sugar (for sprinkling).
In a bowl mounted cream the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar, then add the eggs, one at a time, and beat until creamy soft. Apart mix the flour with the baking powder, a pinch of salt and the lemon zest and add it to the mixture previously created.
Grease a cake tin with margarine and pour the mixture you are going to sprinkle with chopped nuts. Drained and dried peaches in syrup, take one and put it in the center of the compound with the cut side down, then cut into wedges and arrange other peaches as a kind of sun rays around fishing center.
Put in the oven, on the middle shelf, at 220 degrees and cook for about 50 minutes.
Completed the cooking, the oven and let cool, then sprinkle decorated with icing sugar. Serve.
