Watermelon pulp already cleaned 500 gr
dark chocolate 100 gr
Blanched for a few minutes the pistachios in boiling water, peel them and chop finely. Cut the chocolate into small cubes.
Spend the pulp watermelon food mill and pour into a saucepan, add sugar and put to boil on the stove for about 8 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker. When it is ready, add the diced chocolate, pistachio nuts and a hint of cinnamon.
Serve immediately or stored in airtight containers in the freezer until ready to serve.
