Alalunga tuna with Ragù sauce

Ingredients For 4 people:

Albacore tuna in slice 1kg already clean
tomato sauce 7 dl
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves
½ cup dry white wine
1 bay leaf
1 sprig of mint
extra virgin olive oil
salt, pepper.
