200 g. of potato starch
150 g. of sugar
100 g. of almond
½ cup of olive oil
15 g. of baking vanilla
In a bowl, work the egg yolks with the sugar, then worked with the whip the egg whites and let them become foamy, add the egg whites to the yolks and add the potato starch.
When the mixture is smooth join the olive oil and the chopped almonds. Finally, add the yeast.
