½ l. of cream
1 vanilla pod
250 g. of white chocolate
250 g. of strawberry
150 g. of sugar
Clean and wash the strawberries and cut them into pieces. Place them in a bowl and cover them with sugar.
Let them rest for about 30 minutes.
Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the vanilla seeds and bring almost to a boil. Meanwhile, chop the chocolate and pour over the hot cream, stir quickly until the chocolate is completely melted and let cool by placing in the refrigerator.
Puree half of the strawberries getting a cream finish.
