1 kg potatoes
3 tablespoons of flour
4 tablespoons of condensed milk
1 onion
2 eggs
olive oil 250 gr
salt, white pepper.
PREPARATION
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into very thin sticks letting them fall in a bowl then add the flour, condensed milk, grated onion and eggs. Mix well until mixture will be thick (if necessary adding a little of flour), then season with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet heat plenty of olive oil and just will be hot recline inside the compound that will reap in individual spoons so, flatten slightly to form pancakes. Let them brown for 3 minutes on each side, drain and place them on a paper towel.
Good hot or cold.
